Friday I did stuff with a close guy friend. Tuesday my throat felt scratchy when drinking water so i checked my mouth and found these pinkish red bumps in the back of my throat. I was given bacterial medicine to see if it was bacterial,but so far that has done nothing and its been almost a week of taking anti-bacterial medication. I also got tested for chylmydia and gonorrea but those came negative. so im not sure what is wrong with my mouth or maybe it got irritated from doing those things with my guy friend. anyone have any idea what it could be ? 
im going back to the doctors to find out more since its probably viral, also the doctor said this could’ve happened from stress. I do not know anymore :(..
tonsils look inflamed and there are some little red spotsat the back of your mouth there have u had thoat swabs taken it looks more viral than it does bacterial usually have. tongue coating aswel
usually if its std related u have some yellow pus streaks on the toinsils but cant see anything like that
