What are these white spots that go inside my vagina? Warts?

I noticed these a couple if weeks ago...theres even a bubble like dot on my clit

Are you having any sort of discharge with it? My vag looked exactly like that when i had a yeast infection back in November, I was panicking because i thought they were warts too
