had a vaginal birth one year ago with a second-degree tear now I have the skin tags. ( i think) They are completely painless, but really bringing me down.
oh my goodness ! this looks similar to mine. i think mine are inflammed. i uploaded pics. weird arent they. they freak me out 
it may be a polyp !

It’s harmless but if it’s bringing you down it can be removed by a doctor.
