What are those pimples on my penis?

Hello! So I have those "pimples" on my penis for a while and I don't know why.I never had sexual intercourse before.Is it anything to worry about?Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

It is not an STI if you are virgin.

I also sometimes have it, mostly during erection.

Try to keep it as dry as possible and don’t over wash it.

Don’t use soap down there, just wash with Luke warm water.

Apply clotrimazole 1% ointment for a week.

The photos do not show anything clearly to comment on … as Lostknight says get how you wash your penis right … you may have something developing in terms of a skin condition developing … so start a new forum thread on here if things get worse …
