Ive been dealing with this for a few months. Skin has been very dry and tight. Now I find a small cut thing near anus. What can this be?
I don’t see any white streaks but I would say the cut is typical of LS especially when it is difficult to heal it and dry and tight. Look for a gynae referral and keep it moisturised with castor oil. There is another post on here about using hydrogen peroxide 3% and saline 1:2 ration or 1:3 in a small spray bottle and after peeing or no 2’s spray clean with this. Worked for me.
