Hi, I've been stuck in japan due to Covid and recently I've had some pain/pressure and burning when I pee, some itching sensation, but no foul odor at all. I took this picture and my urethra seems damaged?? idk I don't have insurance here but I'm going to try to go to the doctor soon but can anyone tell me what this seems like or could be?
everything looks completely normal here? maybe VP but its normal
