I have had this boil under my arm that has been increasing in size and pain for the past 4 days. When I lower or close my arm it mildly hurts, however when I touch it it hurts and doesn't move. I had a tetanus shot 4 days ago and also shaved under my arm 4 days ago. What could this be?
