You're on a herpes forum... But I will say it sounds like your prostate has an infection. Have you been examined? Have you seen a urologist? My guy friend had issues, but he felt like he had UTI issues, not what you're experiencing.

Sounds like your prostate is inflamed.. Go see a urologist
