I have had chronic knee pain for almost 10 years I've had Drs look at it with ultrasounds and X-rays but they can't seem to find anything. even after 7 months of physical therapy that didn't seem to help my knee either. the type of pain my knee gives is it start off as a sharp pain between my kneecap and knee joint then progresses into a ache. the pain progresses to the point where it starts to cause pain in my ankle. what could my issue be if anybody has had the same issue.
