Ive been diagnosed with a yeast infection last week and the yeast is getting better but these white spots remain (they were worse in the beginning) they don't really wipe off either so i dont think its yeast
may be the bumps are result of prior yeast infection --as you are treating it, they are on their way out.
keep doing what you are doing and they should slowly go away.
