i got this mark after having bad smegma build up and i wasn’t around any showers for two days. So i used my thumb to try wipe it off which led to my skin coming off and stung when i applied water. two days after i was able to wash my penis but am left with permanent scar/blemish or whatever it is.?i did have unprotected sex last month and got tested positive with chlamydia today but other than that im out of ideas?
