What could this be? Hemorrhoid? Fissure?? Herpes???

About a week ago I notice a dull pain from my anus I looked in a mirror and noticed a small sore. I didn't think anything of it but now it seems to be getting worse.  It has also started to drain what I think is puss. Any idea what this could be and What questions should I ask my doctor?

Hi Willie, sounds like a boil to me !

A boil sometimes has to be lanced by Doctor and get med's  for the infection, then it will clear up, get it checked hope this helps.
