I just noticed these red bumps on my penis head and I’m not sure if they are something I should be worried about my penis head gets itchy and I’m not sure if the bumps are causing it or if it is just a random itch on my penis head there is a slight tenderness and I also want to know if this will go away on its own is this a serious medical problem or is it something that just happens and then goes away

Very difficult to tell from one photo - but are you experiencing difficulty pulling back the foreskin to retract fully over the head/glans? What do those white deposits look like underneath?
