Looks like Lichen Nitidus, you should go to a doctor specialized in skin conditions and genital skin conditions (dermatologist) but be sure to choose a good one.

Sure, I suggest you to write here the result of the visit with dermatologist and, if you want, you could write the result in private message with me too, cause I follow a lot of posts on this site and I could risk to lost this conversation.
Anyway, your situation looks like a skin condition, like a lichen disease, it looks like lichen nitidus, but in this presentation could be lichen planus too, I hope for you, anyway, its a situation that could be easily managed with no complications.
Lichen Planus and Nitidus often disappear by itself or could have a good prognosis with some topical cream.
