Hello, there is this strange bump on my penis since 6 months but I think I noticed that it got bigger there is also some white things on my penis head it looks like dead skin or dandruff I think. I feel discomfort from friction from the clothes. Does anyone knows what this bump could be ? I will go to the doctor after 2 days. will this bump need surgery to be removed?
