So I’m laying down head hurting, tired and I’m on fb and all of a sudden I go into a daze and it instantly scared me do y’all think it’s bc I’m sleepy and tired ?? I have to include that I’ve been lacking sleep as well thanks to my daughter 😩
Been there! Being tired immediately puts you on edge and vulnerable to anxiety. Things that have helped me with this - chamomile tea, magnesium, probiotics and a B complex vitamin. Ask your pharmacist if you’re interested in trying any of this, as it can vary per individual as to what works and is right for them.
Definitely fatigue and tension. I suggest putting your phone away entirely when you lay down, make your room as dark as possible to help with sleep and if your head is still hurting get a cold compress x
Hi lack of sleep can really play a big role in anxiety ,body needs it rest and we all should eat and sleep regularly I just wish it was as easy to do as say 😊
