What could this be???

about 2 months ago i notices what i thought could be a pimple or a ingrown hair bump under my vagina opening. it didnt hurt at all but once i started touching on it thinking it was a pimple now it is extremely irritated. Now it even hurts when i wipe and touch that area.

the top of it is white and soft but the bump it self has a hard feel to it. it also has hair growing through it. im hoping it isnt a STD as i have been with the same man for 10 years.File size is too big

its wat i thought the first time a skin tag or wart get another doctor to take a look if its a skin tag they wont remove it if its been there 2 months its not herpes or anything std related
