Two weeks ago i thought i had a yeast infection. i took diflucan and used monistat and thought it was better and had intercourse with my boyfriend 4 times over the next week. i started my period on sunday and on monday my vagina felt weird again, didnt know if my yeast infection was back or i thought we might have gotten too rough over the weekend. on tuesday i was in pain and it hurt to wipe. yesterday was unbearable and i pretty much came to the conclusion i had herpes but now im not so sure thats what it is… i went to Urgent Care today to get tested, they swabbed it, took my urine and blood and sent it to the lab. Its a holiday weekend, so I dont know when I’ll get my results back and wanted some input until then. could it be trauma ulcers? BV? trich? herpes??? any input would be appreciated…
iv never seen an std look like that before it looks like the skin has become infected or something the spots look like herpes im not 100% but trich and gono and chlamydia wouldnt cause it to look like that iv had bv for 4 years an havnt seen anything like it …
have u put any creams or anything on it
trich is smelly and has a bad smelling bubbly discharge its quite nasty bv smells fishy and is white and thin yeast is normally thick and smells like bread or beer looks like cheese ..
I’ve been on my period so it’s very hard to say what my discharge looks like. it reminds me of the way your tonsils when you have strep it’s so strange…
ye it does did they giv any indication when u went to urgent care of wat it could be

they just said they dont know what it is so they cant give me anything yet
it looks sore i would keep ur knickers off when possible to prevent rubbing specially at night dont wear any u really dont want to irritate it any more than possible until u get the results
i took monistat and i felt mad uncomfortable . i think you need to see the doctors
thats why i asked if she had put anything in there or on it as could have some kind of reaction or something like that
i have just read the reviews for that monistat online and alot of people reporting what looks like chemical burns to the vagina after use some have had to go to hospital with it im not sure its related but its very possible
I’ve used monistat before and its never caused anything like this before, so im not sure if thats it but i guess anything is possible! ill look into it, thank you!

it’s completely healed, it was better by Sunday. I got my results today - BV, UTI, and unfortunately, HSV 1.
so the spots were hsv1 ??
