**it only hurts when i grab the middle of my penis with the two my fingers( top and bottom middle of it) under the head of my penis it is also red on the inside and is warm when i urinate.
In terms of this can you take a clear photo of it and upload: " under the head of my penis it is also red " - as this could be a separate issue.
In terms of what is happening with your urine you need to ensure you are taking on-board plenty of fluids - if you do not drink water on a daily basis you need to drink the majority of the recommended 2 litres of fluids per-day in terms of water. Usually 4 or 5 days are enough but it is possible you may need to continue for up to 2 weeks or so. Also, if you drink lots of caffeinated coffee stop this for at least 7 to 8 days.
From what you describe it is likely you have a Urinary Tract Infection.
The photo shows that you Meatus, the outlet from the Urethra is possibly irritated or inflamed slightly - again this is usually part of a UTI - try the water for 6 to 8 days at least - if things get worse, such as you get more pain, particularly in the lower-abdomen, then you will need to seek medical attention.
