This brown color appeared a few months ago. Don't itch, what can it be?
I don't think it's HPV because I'm a virgin.
Do you have ANY skin issues any where else on your body?
Are you a very active person - such as training very regularly for, and taking part in an active sport, or do frequent Gum workouts, cycle long-distances - that kind of stuff … ?
I had problems with fungus earlier in the year.
I exercise almost every day. could it be something related to sweat?
So yes, I did mean GYM workouts if you were not sure.
And yes, sweat can be a big part of what is going on - I would suggest you put in place the following kind of protocol and do this after every training, workout or activity session: -
.
- take a shower after every session using a skin friendly shower gel or body wash
- I would suggest a good quality hypoallergenic is probably one of the better ones
- drying is the essential element: you must remove ALL moisture from you entire groin and genital region after each time you either wash any part of the area or have a shower or bath
- this means spending time carefully dabbing with a clean dry towel, then carefully rubbing with a towel before checking with fingertips that the area is completely dry
- never share towels if you have family ones that you may use, get your own specific towels that you use after training / workout / activity sessions
- at the end of each session remove the sports shorts or whatever you have worn ASP and these must be fully laundered before you wear them again
- I had a skin problem with workouts and the amount of physical exercise I was doing and I found switching to Liquid Soap Flakes used in the place of washing powder AND any treatments that are added to your clothes wash, such as fabric conditioner should NOT be used
.
In more general terms, while a photo is not the best thing to judge by, and combined with the fungus issue you have had, the best course of action for you would be to see a Dermatologist.
I base this on what seems to be quite a high level of discolouration on the underside of your penis, the fungal problem, AND there is a strong possibility that you have skin issues elsewhere on your body.
If you shower regularly, such as everyday, or more than once a day the area I would suggest you particularly check is your perineum - the area between the back of your scrotum and your anus as this is a common area that many people do not pay attention to, such as after a shower, and, not checking that it is fully dried.
