What could this be ?
I’m wondering whether I have been exposed to herpes recently… I do have an appointment to get a full STD screening test in a few days, but I can’t stop thinking I got something 
I (28F) was in a relationship for three years, which ended about 5 months ago now. For those 5 months I was sexually inactive and a couple of weeks ago I slept with a guy I met on tinder. I’m usually good at this, but I was stupid enough to not use a condom with him. Days after my vagina felt itchy and irritated - no bumps, sores, or rashes though. I thought maybe I had BV or a yeast infection that came about from having a new partner, but my results came back negative (as well as for chlamydia and Gonorrhea. It can be uncomfortable to walk, and it’s still very warm down there, but there’s no swelling or lesions. I’ve also noticed that my vagina has been very dry since the encounter, and more recently Im experiencing a lot of tingling/shooting pains in my vagina, sometimes in my anus as well. There is no unusual smell and my discharge is normal. But after my own investigation, i found this purple spot inside my vagina.
Can anybody give me some insight as to what this could be? Does it sounds like herpes? I know I’ll have my answers soon but I’m kind of freaking out at the moment.
