This lesion appeared on 4/7/21 as a red lesion and bled easily when touched. I have had a sore here previously in the same area and it has always just been a single lesion and does not appear to be a blister. I have ignored it in the past and assumed it was just trauma as it healed quickly and I was just gentle around the area when it was there. I notice it initially because it hurts when I wipe and urinate and I am unsure whether I have been heavy handed when wiping and may have caused trauma.
The first photo is from 4/7 where the sore is very red and the second photo is from 7/7 where it is already healing and is a little itchy now. To me the skin looks a little white around the area and I am wondering whether this could be lichen planus?
I have recently been tested for chlamydia, gonnorhea, syphillis and HIV which were all negative and I have only have one partner since this but have had the sore appear previously before being with him
