Ok so I'm not sure what I've got... I have unprotected sex with my partner but only occasionally I get these acouple weeks after. I get red bumps on the penis head and on the inner side of the foreskin. It's mainly just red spots and red bumps but there's the occasional white tipped bump..

Please can anyone help me out and tell me what it is

No no pain or anything, it's just that..

But what if the white tipped bums are gone but left like a mark as if they popped?
