What do you do for lower back pain?

Hello everyone!

My name is Michael and I am 27 years old. I just to train a lot and I was very well in shape, but throughout the years a pain in my lower back started growing. At some point the pain got so bad that I felt it even when i was not training. I felt like an old man... After visiting many doctors I found some program on internet with some excersises, which actually really helped me. The program is focused on a muscle which works for both the upper and lower body. Together with my sports diet and these exercises I am ready to go back to the gym and fully train again. Maybe this can be useful to some other people.

Usually I am very sceptical about such websites and offers, but I was kind of desperate and gave it a try. And I am glad I did, as this one wasnt a scam, but actually helped me. By the way, it is also supposed to help with other probl;ems and pains, so might be worth to try.
