I have this small spot on my outer labia that becomes irritated sometimes. I've noticed that it happens if i sweat and get hot between my legs. i dont know whether its contact dermatitis or jock itch. or maybe even something else. when it happens i put topical antifungal cream on it and within a couple days its better. this has been happening for about 2 months on and off now. what does it look like to you?
