What does this look like??

this started about 2-3 days ago. i was itchy really bad (still is). i have excessive discharge as you can see. i put vagisil on it. you cant really see it but its kind of swollen and has like a rash or something if you look closely. prior to this ive had minor itching and smell. i self diagnosed myself for it being a yeast infection. no other symptoms such as pain while urinating or anything. please help. image

It could be a yeast infection and you can buy treatment for that in most pharmacies. Try that first.
