ive had these bumps for a bout a week & a half and im freaking out!! they dont burn or itch theyre just there! please help!

Can you tell us where the photo was taken from? The photo shows multiple discrete lumps that resemble molluscum. Have a close look at them and see if they have a central dimple (attached).

thank you for replying!! it is on my mons pubis or vulva whatever you wanna call it…i dont have any bumps on my inner or outer labia or vagina
Thanks for this; in which case folliculitis (shaving rash) is an alternative diagnosis, but these tend to be lumps on top of the hair follicle. From the photo you posted, none of the lumps appear to show this, hence this makes molluscum a stronger possibility.

some of them have a hair others do not i do not see a dimple in any of them…do you think i can rule out HSV??
Herpes unlikely- they generally cause ulcers. If you can defo see hair/s sticking out of the lumps then they are likely to be folliculitis.
