What does this looks like very dry

i showed up two days ago its gotten worse !please help what could this be ?

just feels dry , and its peeling
burns a little when i pee
but no pain or itch

  1. What have you been washing your genitalia with? It could be from excessive washing or a strong soap/shower gel that has washed off the natural oil produced by your skin.
  2. Do you suffer from any skin conditions elsewhere, including dry skin? Sometimes skin conditions can manifest on the genitalia, including eczema, psoriasis, etc.

I’d suggest moisturising the skin after you wash (Aveeno, Diprobase, E45 etc) and using a non-perfumed moisturising soap like Oilatum to wash the penis.

no skin conditions at all ,it happened after i worked outside and was very sweaty all day ! came home and shower and my soap its same i been using for months
