What drinks you take to relax?

I'm opening this topic to discuss what kind of teas/infusions who drink that have helped you with anxiety. I personally feel  a bit relaxed with 2 cups of chamomile every evening.

What is your experience? 

Water with a little lemon in it is probably the most healthy thing you can drink. You need to stay hydrated to get the maximum effect of the anti-depressant medication most of us are taking. Water is kind of bland, but it does the job better than most everything else.

Avoid alcoholic beverages which make you feel up-then DOWN. And they don't react well with a lot of the medication we are taking. Having even one beer with a Xanax tablet gave me horrible nightmares. Never again.
