i am sexually active, noticed these little spots about 3-4 weeks ago. no pain and no real itching more than normal. some are red but it is due to picking and attempting to pop thinking it may have been a pimple. any ideas? warts?File size is too big
nothings going on its a natural production of oil under the skim fordyce spots and u have irritated them by picking them.
