So, I am having a lump on my foreskin from 2 days that slightly hurt when touched.
I’m 18 years old and virgin.
please help me to know what it is?

The skin you are showing in the photo is the main shaft of your penis - your foreskin covers the head area of your penis and extends one-third down the shaft of your penis - so the bump is lower than this.
So when you have not had sexual contact it is very unlikely that you have a problem issue.
There are a number of potential explanations: at the age you are there are a number of things that appear as part of natural development of the penis, so, you may have Fordyce Spots developing , which is the most common one.
In this location the skin often blocks, a Sebaceous gland becomes irritated or blocked, or even forms a cyst. One of the other common things is that a pubic hair develops under the skin.
Simply monitor it to see if it enlarges - bumps like this can appear and fade away for no particular reason.
