I had a large hard bump on inner labia 4 days ago. I squeezed and picked at it even though i shouldnt have. It wasnt painful until I squeezed it. Today its only sore when touched, considering the skin is raw and a little tender arround it. I also have a swollen lymphnode near by. Now its flat and has a white center.

I would go see dermatologist about it. Considering I don’t know what it looked like before you picked at it. Also hard to see with the picture. It’s not that clear
