Happy Mother's Day to ALL Mother's
I go to Physical therapy 3 times a week, but I don't know what Physio is. Am I missing out on a key form of Therapy?
Lol

That is lol! I believe that's what they call in the uk.
Physio is what they call Physical Therapy in Europe. So no you haven't missed anything. A lot of the posters on this forum are from the UK, so you might come across other unfamiliar terms as you continue to read posts.
Thanks for the response and the information. It's appreciated.
Physio, shortened form of physiotherapy and in Europe we go to a Physiotherapist, hence Physio.
We use a walking stick, you use a cane. In the UK decades ago, a cane was used in schools to punish kids. Posh schools mainly got a good whack over the hand or the backside with the cane.
just remember a Fanny Pack is not what we say here in the UK, it's a bum bag. Fanny means something else altogether. 😉

And what is a "consultant"......the surgeon?
The surgeon, or the highest qualified dr you are seeing.
