I don't know what is this. The white thing appeared one or two days ago. I noticed it while I tried to listen music. I put my earphone in my ear and it was hard to put it in and it hurt a bit. If I touch the white thing it hurts.
All blocked cysts. The black dots are blackheads…yes exactly the same as the ones you get on your face. The painful area is a blocked cyst that has got infected.It may get quite large with pus and then discharge. you need to clean your outer ears by working up a lather with a small soft brush. You can do it with the shampoo you wash your hair in. Rinse thoroughly. Dry thoroughly
These are quite common and not dangerous. Can be aggravated by constantly putting things like earphones in your ears.Ear pieces need to be kept clean by antiseptic wipes.
Dont try to clean your inner ear canal.
