There is no need to remove it, ignore it, there’s nothing wrong with your anus. Adjust your lifestyle if needed (proper diet, more exercise, less sitting, etc.) to prevent other issues. How old are you, if you don’t mind?

Haemorrhoids are not skin, they are actually swollen veins in rectum ant the lower part of anus. What you are showing is just skin, and there’s nothing abnormal with it.
I don’t see a hemorrhoid anywhere in this picture! It is just skin/tissue.
