Is there any way to get rid of it for good? Can it be completely gone with lifestyle changes or is there any surgery that will make them completely gone?

Best advice can only be offered by a good Doc. However surgery/injections can be considered when the patient is not too old; though not in haste. Elder age patients could consider such options when absolutely inevitable.
Go to your doctor for them to check them they have seen this all before.
just have the surgry and it,s done and over with than . i did i,m glad i had it done . and i,m doing great
I had serious haemorrhoids condition with weeks pain and bleed started when my child was born 15 years ago. It's just progress worse everyday. I did not want operation, dont want to deal with afterwards or side effect. (I just heard too many horrible stories and some people also have control problem later on their lives). Been told more fiber, more exercise... nothing works in the past 15 years.
This March, we moved into our new home and I start working on our eating habbit. I feel we need to eat healthy and my kid needs to learn. We bring fast food to minimum. We reduce meat intake. Start juicing a lot more. Especially green juice mix with fruit, our favourite celery + cantalope. Drink unsweeten tea. Reduce deep fried, pizza. Add nuts to diet. Yet, I still dont do enough exercise. Stool came easy and soft. No more pain, no more bleed... My haemorrhoids shrink by itself. It's just magic.
Now, it's been 6 months have no problem. There were times when we take few days long trip and eating junk everyday. I feel couple times uneasy and worry it may came back and lucky did not. Today, the condition is like a piece of extra skin hanging and I think matter of time, it will disappear. Honestly, I dont care as long as no bleed, no pain, no swellow.
So, my conclusion is... No, it will never completely gone. Yes and it can be managed with life change. I personally prefer lifestyle change over medical intervene so I stay away from unknown/known side effect. No matter you like it or not, changes are needed to avoid return anyway.
My life still very stressful, that's pretty much out of my hand. But changing eating habit will do the trick. Best of luck to you.
