hey my anxiety and depression have been getting the best of me lately and my family doctor has been no help trying to diagnose what is happening,

i had unprotected sex, went to the doctor to have testing done, came back negative for the proteins sugars all the normal stuff. went to the walk-in to have another urine test which came back blood in my urine, i was given an antibiotic for a UTI and have since still had these same marks.
no pain when urinating
no discomfort
just looking for an answer.
