What is the means of fatty liver grade 2

Hello

i am bit confused regarding my ultralsound report .

in ultra sound report that mention i have "Fatty live grade 2 "

this is the mention sentence in my ultrasound report

"Liver measure 13.1 cm in cranio-caudal dimension in midclavicular line,normal in shape amd size with diffusely hyperechoic parenchymal echotexture.No focal lession seen.IHBD not dilated.pv is normal in course and caliber."

IMPRESSION:-

F/S/O GRADE 2 fatty liver :

please anyone help me to expain this

i had SGOT ( AST)- 79 and SGOT (ALT)= 131 both are high

please anyone expain .

 I get further investion regarding my

hepatitis virus like A,B,C

all come -ve i dont have any hepatitis virus attack on my liver.

but my cholostrol is quite high but my weight is normal

my height is 5.5' and weight is 63k

but no cholostrol level is here

SERUM TOTAL CHOLESTEROL = 188

SERUM TRIGLYCERIDES= 202 H

SERUM HDL CHOLESTROL DIRECT = 36 L

SERUM LDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATD= 112 H

SERUM VLDL CHOLESTROL = 40H

is am daying .does my lever is seriously infected?
