¿Qué es lo que no puedes hacer sin?

Personally I choose to suffer the consequences.  Although when in oain afterwards I really think I shouldn't have done it

Definitely food...cooking and making up new recipes...just makes my day..and if I'm having a flare up...takes the edge off..I have every machine imaginable in the kitchen as OA in the hand hurts too much when chopping...where there's a will there's a way..my philosophy..have a lovely day Maggers...be blessed...great question..:-) xxxxxx

Gosh you have all been thinking hard and perhaps thinking of the good things has taken the edge off the dreaded fibro for a few minutes.  It just goes to show that our favourite/essential things are as varied as the symptoms we experience.

yep...you made our day, Maggers....needed all of the personal titbits, instead of hearing more of others horrible symptoms, (just for once)...until next time.....Bron

Well done Maggers...definitely do take your mind off the Fibto for a little, while ..that's what happens  when I make up a new recipe too...,,:-) xx

Not Bothered ! Chocolate is just heaven !  x

memories - when i'm hurting i go find a nice quiet place and let my mind drift back to happy times and places and things i did before i felt this bad - it's lovely and focussing on it almost makes me forget my woes.

Vodka

Oh god you no it!

But doesnt like me anymore!!!

My daughter would agree with you. She has a sticker in her car which says "No chocolate is left in this vehicle overnight"  That's only because it doesn't last long enough!  wish I could eat as much as she does and stay as stick thin as she is.

Hi Bron

Hope you are feeling a little better and the this thread has taken your mind off things at the moment.  Perhaps I should post a joke a day just to raise the odd smile or two.  Chin up

This is going to sound funky but I can't do without rollerblading! Just gentle movement with stretching and a little cardio. Then I can eat charcoal.

Hi Maggers

This question really made me think. Definitely my Kindle, instant books, what a joy. Secondly my one cup of weak coffee, a day and finally looking at the sea and all the sea life. As long as I can have these, I can probably live with out chocolate, wine, etc etc etc.

😄 Meg

Yep Maggers.....they work wonders for all of us....my sister and a friend always work wonders for me, by doing exactly the same.....and I always find someone else to pass them onto, too.............keep up your good work    Bron

Hi Meg, the sea, how lovely, there is something very soothing about the sound of the sea.  Haven't seen it for years. Think you have given me an idea for a trip to see some relatives who live on the sea front. They usually come up to us but a return visit would be ideal. Short visit to them, long visit to the sea!

Hi Maggers

Wonderful idea, there is nothing like a sea side sojourn, the sound of the waves, the call of the gulls and that beautiful salt laden air. Enjoy!

Meg
