I first noticed a lump in between my vagina and my b.hole while i was in the shower last week. It wasnt painful at all, just there. its now been there for a week, and it's red & painful. very painful depending on how i sit. No head has formed or any pus. I thought it was an ingrown hair, but it burns now. here are photos that I took last night & this morning. I havent been to the dr yet. any ideas?
