My skin looks horrible and im so worried about

What age are you? Do you use any form of lube on your penis, or apply skin cream or baby oil - stuff like that regularly?
When you wash the penis or take a shower prevent soap and other forms of bodily cleansers from getting on the head area of the penis. When showering spend some time to rinse the head and foreskin with the running water only - then make sure the head and foreskin are completely dry when you get out of thew shower.
Try this for 4 or 5 weeks then get yourself some liquid Coconut Oil and introduce to the end of your shower routine: so, fully dry your penis then apply a light coating of the coconut oil to all your penile skin.
It could well take way in excess of 4, 5 or even 6 months before you see any real difference, but this is the only way to deal with the situation you have …
