It's not itchy but painful to the touch. Otherwise I dont feel it. Feels internal and as if there was some puss inside. However, no hair grows in this area so i am confused. Is this something serious like herpes? Please help!!

Currently not, but I was seeing a guy until around 2 months ago. He told me he got tested before we engaged in the relationship though.
