When I was in my 20's I discovered a small white bump on my penis shaft. upon close inspection it seems akin to what I call a "confused pore" volcano like - but inverted. sometimes it gets swollen and if gently manipulated a tiny bit of sebum will come out but not anything impressive or to clear it. I had tried a wart remover, physically cutting it of and apart from pain and a scab that lasted months, it comes back the exact same way. most recently it has become more pronounced and annoying. but does not express pus or anything, just a lump. please help me identify this thing and how to be rid of it.
