large lynphnode like bump or swelling on the left side of my palate where my gum meets my palate. its diffucult to see but i can feel it and its rather large. on the right side of the photo its mirrored) you can see a raised swelling. there is also redness on the back of my mouth . its painless and wont go away. max sinus above it seems to have thickened walls.
