I've had this bump on my penis shaft for at least 10 years now. I've honestly forgotten. It has slightly grown in size. I'm 26 and never had sex. It's a rock hard painless mass under the skin, attached to the skin itself, not the inner workings of the shaft. So when I pull my skin away the bump goes with it. I can move it around quite a bit as well. The color of the bump itself is very light yellow. Popping it is impossible, its basically rock solid. Seems to be attached to my outer skin by a thin something. I don't have the balls (pun intended) to have this checked out, wondering if its something I can get rid of at home. Please help.
This is quite a severe penile cyst - I would recommend that when you can get to see a Urologist, they will discuss treatment approaches of which surgery is likely to be the best approach ..
