Hi! I've had this bump on my testicle for about a year. Sometimes it feels rough to the touch, usually when I shower. If I pick on it, it becomes smooth again, but eventually it will start to get a little rougher surface again. When I pick on it can get it very flat. No liquids etc inside it as far as i can see, but last time I pinched it and it bled a little. I do have a lot of fordyce spots, but none as large as this one. I also have atopical excema.
