ive had this spot on labia for a bit. i never really looked at it bc i figured it go away. i havent had sex in over a year either or any type of contact with man. cant get in to see my gyno till september. its like a flap of skin with white bumps in a cluster.
That looks like HPV.
These could be genital warts.
