What is this discharge?

Sorry for the detail of this but I'm so confused. I am 20 years old and recently had an ovarian cystectomy 5 weeks ago and before having that my periods had stopped, so had to be put on hrt to bleed but after the operation I've had the worst headache ever since before and after my cycle started but now I have a clear stretchy discharge and was wondering what this is due to never experiencing it before? Could my body be finally getting back to normal after my cyst has blocked my ovary for a period of time?

Hi, what your describing sounds typically like what you would lose if you are ovulating and at your most fertile so it could very well be your body, ovary function and hormones returning to normal
