this is on my tongue its always there but the severity of it changes, sometimes its barely noticeable and even i have to look to see if its still there. other times it looks like it should hurt but it is only ever feels numb and only when it seems to be at its worst
i should mention it is almost unnoticeable in the morning but gets gradually worse as the day goes. this is the worst it gets.
