I’m scared to death and really, truly hoping this isn’t HPV or herpes. 
Very scared, could use any insight…
The first picture looks like HPV or skin tag. Second photos looks like herpes. Very confusing. Do you have higher resolution pictures?

Looks like it may be a HPV wart
Does it have puss? it could also be herpes, not sure
No pus, at least it does not seem that way. it is hard to the touch.
